Feb in Ireland and the UK

Here I am for another tour over in my adopted homelands, Ireland and the UK. I brought my band with me from New York again, and tonight we’re lucky enough to be playing my single “Second Time Around” on the Late Late Show with Pat Kenny in Dublin. A real treat!
Sometimes the logistics of touring are a pain in the ass: Eric our guitar player was stopped at the airport in New York because his passport had gotten wet, and Continental sent him home until he got a new one. He had to meet us a day later in Dublin, and we picked him up from the airport and went straight to our radio show at RTE, the Arts Show with Vincent Woods.
But it’s always worth it, because playing music for a living is the best life. After the radio show, I drove to Wexford to open for Fred, a great Irish band. Then I drove back 5 hours in the snow, watching the cars slipping all over the. There hasn’t been snow here in ages, and here we get a ton of it this week!
